Philosopher's Index

Access:

Access to the Philosopher's Index is limited to FSC faculty, staff and students. Users will be prompted for their FSC Portal login prior to utilizing the resource when off-campus.

Description:

Philosopher's Index, hosted by EBSCOHost, carries indexing for more than 622 journals from over 40 countries. The earliest records feature items from the 1940's. Multiple languages are utilized for records. If indexed articles are available in other EBSCOHost databases, the full text will be available through the Philosopher's Index interface.

User Restrictions:

The Roux Library provides access to electronic databases for academic use at Florida Southern College. These resources are governed by United States Copyright Law and subscription licensing agreements. Users are prohibited from distributing database content. Excessive downloading or printing could jeopardize database use by the entire Florida Southern College community. Individual resources may have additional limitations.
