C.V. McClurg Scholarships

The McClurg family has funded scholarships to recognize exceptional academic merit and provide for full tuition and fees. Three first-year students are selected annually to receive the prestigious McClurg awards. The scholarships are renewable for each year of study at Florida Southern.

To be considered for a McClurg Scholarship, candidates must have a minimum SAT score of 1300 (combined math and critical reading portions only) or ACT of 29 and be among the top 5% in their graduating class.

No separate application is required. Eligible students will be contacted to schedule an interview on campus on select interview dates. In addition to the interview, students must attend one of the three Scholars Weekend events.
