Festival of Fine Arts
Melvin Art Gallery
The Melvin Art Gallery is operated by Florida Southern’s Department
of Art and Art History. Its twofold mission is to present the work
of student artists and to inspire that work by bringing outstanding
exhibits of both historical and contemporary art. The Gallery is
open while the college is in session Monday through Friday from 8:30
a.m. until 4:00 p.m., and additionally during selected Festival of
Fine Arts events. The public is cordially invited without charge to
all exhibits, including an opening reception on the first night of
