John Thomasson, DMA
Professor of Music
I believe in treating each student with respect while creating a positive learning environment in the classroom, with engaged learning as the central pedagogical method. My goal is to lead the student toward individual mastery of his/her discipline through the creation of a sequence of structured activities that teach, and then reinforce skills and positive habits. I expect excellence in the classroom, and have high expectations for each student's success.
