As part of our comprehensive health and safety program, FSC expects incoming students to complete AlcoholEdu and Haven. These courses address critical life skills such as alcohol abuse prevention and sexual violence awareness. Get started on life skills training
Submit your Medical forms.
To avoid delays with move-in and the start of classes, submit your immunization records and medical history to the Student Health office. These forms need to be signed by your physician. Download the medical forms
