Blanton Nursing Building

Paige McCraney, RN
Nursing Undergraduate Program Director

My general philosophy in dealing with any individual is that everyone intends to do a good job. My responsibility is to give them the tools they need to meet their goals. That may come in the form of knowledge, skills, life lessons, or advice.

Ms. McCraney has been a nurse for 30 years and recently completed her Master's of Science in Nursing, and is certified as an Adult Health Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Case Manager. She has clinical experience in women's health, neurology, orthopedics, brain injury recovery, and occupational medicine, to name a few. Her career has focused on Nursing Administration and education. She has worked in hospitals, community nursing, and long-term care. Ms. McCraney has plans to pursue a DNP with a focus in nursing education starting in January, 2013. When not working, Ms. McCraney enjoys bike riding, swimming, crafting, and is an avid book reader.
