The Barney Barnett School of Business & Free Enterprise invites you to participate in Exec-Connect for Emerging Market Management April 4-18, 2015.
The Annual Exec-Connect executive education seminar is an inter-cultural business education program for emerging markets business professionals and their U.S. counterparts, featuring stimulating academic short courses, fascinating industry tours, enlightening cultural activities, and fun-filled entertainment.

This two week program is designed for high capacity managers with growth potential who wish to increase their exposure to advanced business concepts and who wish to develop their networking skills and contacts in the USA.
The cost for this program is $2250 and tuition includes some meals, local transportation and admission to Disney World. All participants completing the program will be issued a professional certificate from the Barney Barnett School of Business and Free Enterprise at Florida Southern College.
Advanced educational seminars on management, leadership, organizational change, personal communication, cross cultural communication, financial analytics, risk analysis, marketing planning, business strategy, entrepreneurship, diplomacy, negotiations and much more. Expert teaching is provided by experienced and respected university professors and business practitioners from successful organizations throughout the region.
Interaction with Business
Ongoing interaction is featured with US business executives and professionals from fields such as banking, financial, investment services, manufacturing, real estate development, agriculture, logistics, retailing, medicine and hospitality. The program will include field trips to entertainment and hospitality sites, governmental sites, medical sites, manufacturing and processing sites, bank and financial service sites, real estate development sites and retail operations.
Since our attendees come from varied industries, we seek to provide interaction with a relevant local entity for every attendee in their area of interest to have a chance for a meaningful business information exchange.
Cultural and Social Activities
Participants will enjoy trips to some of the regions finest retail shopping facilities in Orlando and Tampa. Included in the program are visits to area museums, beaches, Disney World and several local cultural attractions. Participants will have meals at a variety of interesting restaurants, attend receptions and cook-outs and network with people representing a variety of interests and backgrounds.
Participants will be staying at the Historic Terrace Hotel located in downtown Lakeland, near the Florida Southern College Campus. Transportation is provided from the Terrace Hotel to the FSC campus and other events.
