Program Information
What We Emphasize
We have two majors:
- History, which focuses on the past in a variety of contexts
- Political Science, which studies political behavior and political values
Though each discipline is unique, there is often a natural overlap between the two, and the goal of our department for each major is the same:
We want to instill in you the ability to think and create your own answers about questions and problems posed by society -- past and present.
