Accounting
The Business and Economics Department offers a four-year Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. This program gives students the knowledge and skills necessary to understand and successfully apply accounting systems in businesses, public agencies, and financial institutions. Fifth year CPA requirements may also be met.

Business Administration
The Business department offered a general Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Business Administration.
 
Elementary Education
The Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Elementary Education is designed to prepare students for a successful career in teaching. Students must meet State of Florida requirements as well as FSC requirements to be admitted to this program. The program also provides courses for initial certification or re-certification as a teacher in Florida.

Nursing
The Bachelor of Science in Nursing curriculum is designed for students who have already completed a diploma or associate degree nursing program and are currently licensed in Florida as Registered Nurses. Nurses who want to prepare themselves to advance professionally and take the next step in their career are ideal candidates for this program.
