Cycling/Xpress Cycling: Sweating has never been so much fun. Experience a cardio workout where you follow the instructor through hills and sprints during your
30 min or 45 minute bike ride. Cycling allows you to workout at your own pace and challenge your body like never before!

 

20/20/20:Try a little bit of everything! Each week's class can interchange between step, surcuits, kickboxing, and resistance training split up into 20 minute intervals. A perfect addition to your regular workout routine. All levels.


Yoga: This ancient natural method for achieving and maintaining physical, mental and emotional health is the hottest form of exercise right now. This class includes classical yoga postures, warm-ups, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods. Benefits include: stress release, body tone and strength, weight control, improved body alignment and flexibility and better concentration.

Strength and Endurance (S&E):This class takes the weight room into the aerobics room for a fat-burning workout. You will use basic strength training techniques with dumbbells, barbells, stability and medicine balls! All levels.
