Anyone wishing to appeal a ticket must do so within 7 days of the date on the citation.

Appeal forms: 

• can be obtained from the Safety Office 
• can be downloaded from the link below
• require original signatures

The appeal will be reviewed and be granted or denied based on the circumstances described by the appellant and follow-up investigation, if warranted, with the citing officer.

The Safety Office will use the phone number listed on the appeal form to state the disposition.
