"I believe education is to help students develop as learners; my role as a teacher is to instill a sense of intrinsic motivation for lifelong learning. My experience has led me to develop my role as coach, mentor, and facilitator. I believe students learn by being actively engaged in various activities relevant to the content. It is my goal to find a style matching each student and to differentiate instruction to meet their needs."
